• Enquiry and booking forms: name, email, phone and project details, used only to respond to your enquiry and manage your booking.
• Newsletter: your email address, used to send our monthly email. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.
• Filming: where projects involve filming people, we obtain consent and, where applicable, parental consent and safeguarding measures before the shoot.

What we do not do

We do not sell your information or share it with third parties for their marketing. Details are shared with service providers only where needed to run this website and respond to you.

How long we keep it

Enquiry details are kept for as long as needed to handle your project and our legal obligations, then deleted.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email ask@title-productions.com and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
